You can complete your Co-payment on our secure Payeezy Payment Portal with a Credit card, Debit card, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card, or a Health Saving Account (HSA) card.

The Payeezy Payment Portal can also be used for patients that are paying for behavioral health and addiction treatment services out-of-pocket (self-pay).
